QUALIFICATIONS
Ontario Land Surveyor (O.L.S) with 10+ yrs survey leadership
Experience with legal surveys, construction layout, control networks, and deliverable review
Strong quality assurance for survey deliverables and coordination with field teams
Familiarity with major infrastructure construction constraints and staging needs
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide survey leadership for legal and construction survey deliverables
Establish and maintain control networks and verify layout accuracy
Review contractor survey methods and deliverables; resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with construction and design teams on survey requirements and constraints
Maintain records for survey control, as-builts, and closeout deliverables
Support dispute resolution inputs related to survey/layout where needed
