QUALIFICATIONS
12–25+ yrs site supervision on complex infrastructure construction programs
Diploma/degree or equivalent experience; strong knowledge of sequencing and trade coordination
Strong safety/quality leadership and ability to manage short-interval planning
Proven issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery performance mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead site execution: sequencing, trade/contractor coordination, and daily work planning
Enforce safety and quality compliance; coordinate inspections and readiness activities
Drive schedule delivery through short-interval planning and constraint removal
Manage site issues, RFIs, and escalations; coordinate with engineering/design support
Oversee deficiency management, closeout, and turnover readiness
Provide site reporting on progress, risks, and resource needs
