QUALIFICATIONS
P.Eng in Ontario (PEO) with stormwater/drainage focus
5–15+ yrs stormwater design, hydrology/hydraulics, and drainage coordination
Familiarity with municipal/Conservation Authority requirements and erosion/sediment control
Experience with modeling tools (e.g., SWMM/HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS or equivalents)
Strong understanding of LID measures, stormwater quality/quantity, and outlet controls
Asset(s): PMP
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop stormwater/drainage designs (pipes, channels, controls, detention/retention)
Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and document assumptions/results
Produce ESC plans and coordinate stormwater permits/approvals with agencies
Coordinate interfaces with roadway, utilities, structures, and site grading
Support construction with RFIs, field changes, and commissioning/acceptance testing
Ensure designs meet municipal/CA criteria and project performance requirements
Maintain design calculations, reports, and audit-ready records
