QUALIFICATIONS

8–15+ yrs quality management experience in design/construction environments
Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
Experience implementing QMS/QMP/QCPs, audits, NCR management, and continuous improvement
Strong understanding of inspection/testing regimes and documentation requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead quality program: QMS/QMP/QCP implementation and governance
Plan and execute audits; manage NCRs, corrective actions, and closeout
Coordinate inspection/testing requirements and ensure evidence is captured
Produce quality reporting, trend analysis, and improvement actions
Support contractor quality oversight and interface with owner/third-party auditors
Ensure closeout documentation meets acceptance and turnover requirements
