QUALIFICATIONS
P.Eng in Ontario (PEO) – Mechanical Engineering
5–15+ yrs in mechanical systems for infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection where applicable)
with applicable codes/standards and commissioning/turnover practices
Experience coordinating with electrical, architectural, structural, and controls teams
Ability to support testing/commissioning requirements and O&M readiness
Asset(s): PMP
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design/review mechanical systems and equipment selections with supporting calculations
Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical, controls, architectural, and structural
Develop specifications, schedules, and commissioning requirements
Support procurement packages and respond to technical queries during tendering
Provide construction support (RFIs, submittals, field verification, deficiencies)
Support commissioning, performance verification, and turnover documentation
