QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Landscape Architect in Ontario (OALA) with 10+ yrs public realm/site design
Experience with municipal standards, accessibility, planting/hardscape design, and specs
Strong coordination with civil/architectural teams and permitting requirements
Ability to develop staged construction approaches and maintenance considerations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop landscape/public realm designs and detailed drawings/specifications
Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and accessibility interfaces with civil/architectural
Support permitting and respond to municipal/stakeholder comments
Provide construction support: site reviews, deficiency management, and as-builts
Incorporate lifecycle maintenance and sustainability considerations
Support closeout documentation and turnover requirements
