QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant professional credentials or active progress toward recognized credentials are considered assets, including:
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)
Certified Cost Professional (CCP)
Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform detailed forensic delay and disruption analysis using contemporaneous project records and recognized analytical methodologies.
Evaluate contractual and factual entitlement associated with delay, extension of time, disruption, acceleration, mitigation, and concurrency.
Analyze baseline schedules, schedule updates, revisions, progress records, contemporaneous correspondence, daily reports, meeting records, change documentation, and other project evidence.
Determine the critical path and driving path contemporaneously throughout the project, rather than relying solely on retrospective end-state analysis.
Identify and assess employer, contractor, subcontractor, design, access, procurement, third-party, force majeure, and other delay events.
Assess causation, criticality, concurrency, pacing, mitigation, float ownership, and responsibility for delay.
Select and apply the most appropriate delay methodology based on the available records, contract requirements, project circumstances, and purpose of the analysis.
Perform and critically assess methodologies such as:
Time Impact Analysis
Windows Analysis
As-Planned versus As-Built
Collapsed As-Built / But-For Analysis
Prepare technically robust delay chronologies, event matrices, fragnet analyses, schedule exhibits, entitlement assessments, and analytical narratives.
Critically review opposing-party delay analyses and identify methodological, factual, scheduling, and causation deficiencies.
Support preparation of claims, counterclaims, rebuttals, expert reports, adjudication submissions, arbitration proceedings, mediation, and litigation support.
Maintain clear traceability between factual evidence, schedule analysis, contractual entitlement, and analytical conclusions.
Apply recognized professional guidance including relevant AACE International Recommended Practices and the Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol.
Advanced Primavera P6 capability and strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles are highly desirable.
