QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related discipline.
8–12+ years environmental management experience across capital delivery (buildings, infrastructure, utilities, industrial).
Strong knowledge of environmental planning, compliance programs, monitoring, and incident response.
Strong stakeholder engagement capability (authorities, communities, project teams, contractors).
Asset: PMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage environmental management plans and compliance tracking aligned to approvals/requirements.
Coordinate environmental inputs into project planning and execution (constraints, mitigation, monitoring).
Conduct inspections/audits, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Manage environmental risk identification and mitigation tracking; integrate with project risk governance.
Provide reporting to governance forums and stakeholders (status, incidents, trends, obligations).
Support documentation discipline to ensure defensible records and readiness for audits/inspections.
