QUALIFICATIONS

8–15+ yrs cybersecurity experience, including OT/critical infrastructure environments
Familiarity with security governance, risk assessments, control frameworks, and vendor assurance
CISSP/CISM (assets) and strong documentation and policy development capability
Experience coordinating security requirements across IT/OT, integrators, and stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cybersecurity governance for IT/OT systems and project delivery activities
Perform risk assessments, define controls, and support secure architecture decisions
Manage vendor/security reviews, security requirements, and compliance evidence
Support incident readiness planning, tabletop exercises, and response coordination
Track security risks and remediation actions; report status to leadership
Develop/maintain policies, procedures, and audit-ready security documentation
