QUALIFICATIONS

5+ yrs inspection experience on civil/structural/MEP works
CET or equivalent technical qualification; strong understanding of drawings/specs
Ability to document deficiencies, witness tests, and produce clear field reports
Familiarity with safety requirements and site protocols

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect field works for compliance with drawings, specs, and quality requirements
Document daily activities, deficiencies, and corrective actions with supporting evidence
Witness testing/inspections and verify completed works
Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve non-conformances
Support turnover/closeout documentation and as-built verification
Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or schedule to leadership
