QUALIFICATIONS
7–15+ yrs construction H&S experience on complex sites; strong OHSA knowledge
CRSP and/or NCSO (assets) and experience implementing site safety programs
Competence in incident management, inspections, hazard analysis, and contractor oversight
Strong communication for toolbox talks, training, and corrective action management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and monitor site safety program and compliance with OHSA and client standards
Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; track corrective actions
Lead incident/near-miss investigations and reporting; implement preventive measures
Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and workforce training requirements
Support contractor onboarding, permits, and safety documentation control
Provide safety performance reporting and continuous improvement
