QUALIFICATIONS
6–12+ yrs document control/records management in capital programs
Degree in information management, business, or related discipline
Experience with CDE systems, transmittals, workflows, naming conventions, and audit trails
Strong governance mindset, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead document control operations: workflows, standards, training, and compliance
Manage transmittals, metadata quality, and version control across teams
Maintain audit-ready records and support FOI/readiness requirements as applicable
Produce reporting on document status, overdue items, and compliance
Coordinate with PMO/quality teams to ensure documentation completeness
Drive continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes
