QUALIFICATIONS
8–15+ yrs stakeholder engagement and communications experience on complex projects
Degree in communications, public affairs, planning, or related discipline
Strong issues management, writing, and executive-ready communication skills
Experience coordinating with municipalities, agencies, communities, and project teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communications plans
Manage issues/complaints intake, responses, and escalation pathways
Coordinate public notices, briefings, and communications materials
Track stakeholder commitments and maintain logs for transparency and auditability
Support community relations during construction impacts (traffic, noise, access)
Provide regular reporting on stakeholder risks, trends, and outcomes
