QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 8–15+ yrs stakeholder engagement and communications experience on complex projects 

  • Degree in communications, public affairs, planning, or related discipline 

  • Strong issues management, writing, and executive-ready communication skills

  •  Experience coordinating with municipalities, agencies, communities, and project teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communications plans 

  • Manage issues/complaints intake, responses, and escalation pathways 

  • Coordinate public notices, briefings, and communications materials

  •  Track stakeholder commitments and maintain logs for transparency and auditability 

  • Support community relations during construction impacts (traffic, noise, access) 

  • Provide regular reporting on stakeholder risks, trends, and outcomes
