Relevant professional credentials or active progress toward recognized credentials are considered assets, including:

Certified Cost Professional (CCP)
Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP)

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

Other relevant project controls, engineering, commercial, claims, or dispute-resolution credentials

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain Level 3, Level 4, and detailed execution schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles.
Develop compliant baseline schedules, periodic updates, look-ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and revised baseline programmes.
Establish and maintain appropriate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), coding structures, calendars, activity logic, constraints, milestones, and resource-loading frameworks.
Perform detailed critical path, near-critical path, total float, free float, longest-path, and schedule variance analysis.
Assess schedule health, logic integrity, sequencing, constructability, and compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.
Analyze progress against approved baselines and identify emerging delays, slippage, productivity concerns, and schedule risks.
Develop schedule narratives, dashboards, progress reports, variance explanations, and management-level schedule reporting.
Review contractor and subcontractor schedules for technical adequacy, feasibility, completeness, and contractual compliance.
Perform schedule impact assessments associated with changes, design development, procurement, access restrictions, third-party interfaces, and construction events.
Support schedule forecasting, recovery planning, scenario modelling, and mitigation strategies.
Integrate engineering, procurement, approvals, permitting, construction, commissioning, testing, turnover, and closeout activities into integrated project schedules.
Support project controls functions including progress measurement, earned value, forecasting, schedule risk, and performance reporting.
Maintain high-quality contemporaneous schedule records capable of supporting future entitlement, delay, or dispute analysis where required.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is strongly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Project, schedule analytics platforms, Power BI, or complementary project controls systems is an asset.
