QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/diploma in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
8–15+ years planning/scheduling across capital delivery (vertical, horizontal, utilities, industrial, digital).
Strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project capability; strong progress measurement and schedule quality practices.
Comfortable supporting schedule analytics and time impact assessments in multi-party environments.
Assets: PMP, PSP, PMI-SP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain integrated schedules (logic, constraints, coding, milestones; resources where required).
Manage periodic updates and produce critical path/near-critical analysis and look-aheads.
Prepare schedule narratives and executive reporting aligned to governance cadence.
Support change and claims schedule analysis (TIA/windows) with defensible documentation.
Integrate schedule with cost/risk inputs to strengthen forecasting and early-warning indicators.
Promote schedule standards, data quality, and planning discipline across delivery partners.
