QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or related discipline.
8–15+ years risk management experience across capital projects and programs (buildings, infrastructure, utilities, industrial, digital).
Strong facilitation skills and capability in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
Strong reporting capability and ability to influence action across multiple stakeholders.
Asset: RMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain risk frameworks (registers, scoring models, ownership, escalation protocols).
Facilitate risk workshops and ensure mitigation actions are measurable, resourced, and tracked to closure.
Link risk exposure to contingency and forecasting narratives; track risk drawdown over time.
Provide governance-ready reporting (top risks, trends, emerging risks, decision points).
Coordinate with schedule and cost teams to create integrated early-warning and controls.
Strengthen risk discipline through training, templates, and continuous improvement.
