QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline.
12–25+ years delivering complex projects across buildings and/or infrastructure (vertical, horizontal, utilities, industrial, digital).
Strong ability to manage multi-party delivery environments (consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities). - Demonstrated competence in planning, reporting, change control, risk, and commercial coordination.
Assets: P.Eng., PMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end project delivery: define scope, establish baselines, manage execution, and close out.
Run project governance and performance cadence (status, KPIs, forecasting, corrective actions).
Coordinate interfaces among design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations readiness. - Implement change management processes (scope, cost, schedule) and ensure complete documentation.
Drive risk management routines and mitigation tracking; integrate with schedule and cost forecasts.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on requirements, constraints, and decisions.
