QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or a related discipline.
15–25+ years progressive leadership on complex programs/projects across one or more of: buildings (commercial, residential, mixed-use, institutional), infrastructure (roads, bridges, rail/transit, airports/ports, tunnels), utilities & energy (water/wastewater, power, renewables, gas), industrial (manufacturing, warehousing/logistics, process facilities), digital infrastructure (data centres, telecom/fibre).
Strong governance leadership (steering committees, executive reporting, decision traceability).
Proven commercial acumen in procurement strategy, contract delivery models, and change governance.
Tools literacy across PMIS/project controls and executive reporting (e.g., SharePoint/Power BI; schedule/cost integration).
Assets: P.Eng., PMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set program strategy, outcomes, and delivery approach; align partners to scope, schedule, cost, and benefits.
Establish governance frameworks, escalation routes, and executive reporting with clear accountability and auditability.
Direct integrated performance management across projects (baselines, forecast accuracy, delivery assurance).
Sponsor disciplined change control and proactive claims/disputes avoidance across delivery partners.
Lead senior stakeholder management (owners, developers, contractors, consultants, operators, regulators/authorities).
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams; standardize templates, controls, and delivery cadence.
