QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary diploma/degree in engineering, business, project management, or related.
5–10+ years supporting projects across buildings and/or infrastructure environments.
Strong organizational skills and governance discipline (actions, decisions, logs, registers, document control). - Strong proficiency with MS Office/SharePoint and reporting/dashboard support.
Asset: PMP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate governance meetings (agenda, minutes, actions, decision logs, follow-ups).
Maintain project logs and registers (risks, issues, changes, stakeholders, interfaces) with high data quality.
Support reporting cycles: collect inputs, consolidate updates, track KPIs, and maintain dashboards.
Administer change control workflows (intake, completeness checks, routing, close-out documentation).
Support document control and correspondence tracking across internal/external stakeholders.
Enable delivery cadence by prompting owners for inputs, deadlines, and approvals.
