QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/diploma in supply chain, business, engineering, or related discipline.
8–15+ years procurement/logistics experience across capital projects (materials, equipment, subcontracting, services).
Strong RFx development, evaluation governance, negotiation support, expediting, and supplier performance management.
Strong documentation discipline and ability to operate within formal governance/probity requirements.
Assets: CISCP, CSCP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop procurement strategies, packaging plans, and procurement schedules aligned to delivery milestones.
Manage RFx processes and award support: requirements, evaluations, clarifications, negotiations, recommendations.
Lead supplier performance management and expediting to protect cost, schedule, and quality outcomes.
Manage logistics planning: transport, site constraints, warehousing/laydown, sequencing, and tracking.
Maintain procurement reporting (pipeline, lead times, risks, supplier performance, critical items).
Ensure complete procurement records, compliance with governance, and consistency of documentation.
