QUALIFICATIONS
8+ yrs managing permitting and approvals for infrastructure projects
Degree in planning, engineering, environmental, or related discipline
Strong understanding of approvals workflows, conditions tracking, and stakeholder coordination
Proven ability to manage trackers, submissions, and schedule risk related to approvals
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop approvals strategy and manage end-to-end submissions and tracking
Coordinate with agencies, municipalities, and internal teams to obtain approvals
Maintain approvals/conditions registers; ensure compliance evidence is collected
Identify approvals risks and drive mitigation and escalation as needed
Support construction-phase compliance with permit conditions and reporting
Provide regular status reporting on approvals progress and constraints
