QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline. 

  • 8–15+ years managing interfaces/integration across multi-package projects (buildings, infrastructure, utilities, industrial, digital). 

  • Strong governance and structured problem-solving capability (registers, workflows, closure discipline). 

  • Strong stakeholder coordination across designers, contractors, suppliers, operators, and authorities. 

  • Assets: P.Eng., PMP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish interface management plans, registers, RACI, and workflows across packages. 

  • Chair interface meetings and drive closure of actions, decisions, and technical/commercial dependencies. 

  • Coordinate interface requirements across design, construction, commissioning, and operations readiness. 

  • Identify interface risks early and implement mitigations; escalate issues that threaten baselines. 

  • Support change governance for interface-driven scope/cost/schedule impacts. 

  • Provide interface reporting and decision support to leadership (critical interfaces, blockers, trends).
