QUALIFICATIONS
8–15+ yrs Indigenous relations and community benefits experience in infrastructure delivery
Degree in a relevant field; strong relationship-building and cultural competency
Experience developing and tracking commitments, benefits plans, and reporting
Strong coordination skills across project teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Indigenous engagement strategy and relationship management
Coordinate community benefits planning, implementation, and reporting
Track commitments, actions, and outcomes; maintain clear documentation
Support coordination with permitting/approvals and stakeholder teams as required
Provide guidance to delivery teams on engagement protocols and commitments
Report risks/issues and support resolution pathways
