QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 8–15+ yrs Indigenous relations and community benefits experience in infrastructure delivery 

  • Degree in a relevant field; strong relationship-building and cultural competency 

  • Experience developing and tracking commitments, benefits plans, and reporting 

  • Strong coordination skills across project teams, contractors, and community stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Indigenous engagement strategy and relationship management 

  • Coordinate community benefits planning, implementation, and reporting 

  • Track commitments, actions, and outcomes; maintain clear documentation 

  • Support coordination with permitting/approvals and stakeholder teams as required

  • Provide guidance to delivery teams on engagement protocols and commitments

  • Report risks/issues and support resolution pathways
