QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in engineering, construction management, commerce, business, law, or related (or equivalent experience).
8–25+ years commercial/contracts experience across buildings and/or infrastructure (any delivery model).
Strong capability in contract interpretation, change/variation administration, notices, and records management.
Claims capability including entitlement assessment and quantum support; able to coordinate schedule inputs as required.
Assets: PQS/MRICS, P.Eng., PMP, CICCM, MCIArb/FCIArb.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead commercial strategy and contract management approach across the project lifecycle.
Support procurement and sourcing activities (RFx development, evaluation, negotiation, award recommendations).
Manage contract administration discipline: correspondence, notices, compliance, and required documentation.
Operate change governance (variations, EOTs, compensation events) including valuation and substantiation.
Assess and manage claims; support dispute avoidance and resolution pathways where required.
Provide commercial reporting (exposure, trends, claim health, change pipeline) for leadership decision-making.
