QUALIFICATIONS

8–15+ yrs BIM/VDC coordination experience on large infrastructure projects
Degree in a relevant discipline; strong model coordination and data management skills
Experience with CDE/model standards, clash detection, and design/construction coordination
Strong communication and governance mindset for model quality and issue tracking

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate BIM/VDC workflows, standards, and model exchanges across teams
Run clash detection and issue management processes; track resolution to closure
Support constructability reviews using model-based coordination
Maintain model governance, naming conventions, and audit-ready data practices
Provide reporting/visualization outputs to support decision-making
Support as-built model updates and handover requirements
